Design and Build
We provide energy-efficient lighting with a finance option and help design a cash-neutral or cash-positive interior or exterior lighting solution for your facility based on your input and requirements. Choose to pay up front, or we can arrange a competitive financing option with terms of as long as 84 months.

Lighting-as-a-Service
Pay nothing up front and let us maintain your new lighting system. For a monthly service fee, we will own and maintain your fixtures for the life of the agreement. The contract term is 10 years, with an option to continue until terminated by either party. All project design, engineering, labor, materials, operation, and maintenance are bundled into the monthly service fee.

To Schedule Your Energy Survey:

1. Call FPLES at 844-437-5533. We’ll schedule a no-cost/no-obligation survey of your facility to see what savings opportunities exist.
2. We will prepare an analysis of your savings potential with new lighting or other efficiency upgrades, including any available applicable rebates.
3. Finally, we will present our savings analysis to you. Upon your approval, we will procure, plan, and install the new lighting and/or other efficient equipment upgrades.

Typically, your system upgrades will be installed and your savings begin within 30 days. Qualifying project cost estimates start as low as $10,000.
